Standard shop rates are $49.95 per hour (optimized)
(most problems can be fixed in 1 hour)
Express shop rates are $99.90 per hour
On-Site Rates
In County On-Site rates are $20.00 + $30.00 per hour
rounded up
Out of County On-Site rates are $1 per mile +
$30.00 per hour rounded up

$49.95 - Standard Service Package (diagnostics, cleanup, and
optimization)
$49.95 - Extermination Package (virus and spyware
removal)
$74.95 - Full Service Package (packages 1 & 2
combined)
$99.90 - Rebuild Operating System
$49.95 - Insurance Evaluation
$50.00 - New Installations (PC only - Add on-site
rates for peripherals)
Data Save
$24.98 - Documents And Settings only (MyDocs, MyPics,
MyMusic, Favs, Desktop, etc.)
$49.95 - Full Data Save (no system directories)
Remote Support
Remote support is available for $1.95 per minute
NOTE: To activate remote support
you must call the C port during regular business hours and
request to speak to a technician regarding remote support.
If a technician is not available at the moment, we will set
up an appointment for you at a later time. Once you are
connected to a technician by phone, have this page open and
stand by for further instructions.
